Depends so much of terrain, type of bike , how many hills and fitness .
If your riding a hybrid/ mtb then its good going !

Yes, it's a good achievement for a beginner.
When I started cycling again just over a year ago I was happy when I made a ride longer than 10km and I didn't care about the time.
