1st visit

by the fairy today after 1300 miles.
Have been dreading this for weeks and now it's happened don't know what I was worried about,tyre off new tube in found sliver of metal in tyre,back on up and running in 15 mins,pleased with that for my 1st time.
the dilemma now is do I put my M+ back on as I had no incidents in 1000 miles with them,or leave the Conti gatorskins on knowing now how easy they are to get on and off?

You're right they are heavy but oh so tough,might try the 4 seasons next time didn't realise they did em in 28's, but nearly twice the price I paid for the gators

i use 4 seasons, and i'm loving them so far. i have only had one puncture in about 1,000 miles, and i did cycle through a large patch of glass due to my own fault.

Wish they would layer hawthorn hedges instead of ripping them once a year with machines- especially with the titanium tipped thorns that we get up here!
