So my first ride on my road bike triban 5 was amazing...really easy to ride compared with a mountain bike. After 10mins or riding I was on country roads nobody around and finally figured out how to use the gears. I only did 10 miles as that's all time allowed me to do. I wanted to ride more. I did drink a full 750 ml of water over the duration of my ride.
I'm addicted carnt wait to get out on Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday now ( if weather allows).

I've uploaded a pic of my bike too.

Nice bike.
Have you decided to ride every other day? or is there some reason that you can't ride Mon, Weds & Fri? Maybe a case of work getting in the way of having fun, as it seems to do.

Thanks mate, erm I'm on holiday this week so started this week really but I work and have to be home within 30-40 mins from finishing work to allow the misses to go to work so I look after our 19month old boy, so for time being it's only weekends and holidays ( school holidays) I can get out.

Went for a 30mile ride today was awsome!
