Finally got some free time today so i went for a good ride .

44.95 miles at an average of 18 .4 mph including stops for lights and educating drivers

I just took it steady as it was warm and it was great !!, plenty left in the tank but i have to put up the pergola etc for the bbq later today .

Only marred by to 2 very bad overtakes where they got out and gave me the road tax blah blah don`t ride so far out bullshit, countered by the good deed for the day as i stopped to help some casual cyclists who had had a flat but their pump had broke .

I had the worst overtake i have EVER had yesterday and had some fecker behind (next car along) telling me and a friend to ride on the cycle path on the pavement.

To say I was pi$$ed was an understatement. Offending driver (taxi ) caught at next lights and offending pr1ck in following car caught about 2 miles further on.
