I have a 1st class rail ticket plus reservation for a bike from London Paddington to Penzance on Sat 16th August that was to be the start of a LEJOG trip that I now can't make due to injury.
It cost me £78 and I will take any reasonable offer. The rail company's intransigent attitude means they, unlike my return ticket with another company, won't issue any refund.
