1st 5 miles

Well, I'm officially back on the saddle.

Managed to sneak a quick 5 miles in after work, averaged just under 13mph. Hopefully will be able to push 10 miles in the next couple of days!

Really enjoyed the short ride out, really looking forward to longer (and quicker) journeys!!

Thanks for all the encouragement, given I felt ok after the ride (and this morning) has motivated to push myself a little bit further than I planned. Not too much though ;-)

Not got a bottle rack yet, get paid on Friday so my accessories shopping starts then!!
