Itching to get back on my bike's

This is a project too many for me at the moment , so offered here first at a price that will sell .
I think mid 80's but unsure 1 previous owner from new and not ridden for at least 18 months till this morning as i am using it to commute on after giving it a quick check over earlier .
Reynolds 531 super tourist frame in blue paintwork which has various marks and scuffs but i cant see any dents or cracks a few rust areas but nothing major . All the normal braze ons for guards and racks as you would expect .
Mixed set of 27 x 1 1/4" alloy wheels rims look like a pr although the hubs dont front is a 1984 Maillard whilst not sure what make the rear is , the wheels will need truing up for sure but spin freely . Gearing looks to be original 12 speed with suntour powershifters and matching mechanisms although i cant see any markings on them . Crank set is non original and non drive side does not match . Rear tyre looks fairly new whilst front is a lot older /
Brakes are wienmann centre pull units fr & rr as are the levers . Adjustable quill stem that is free to move and adjust as is the fluted seat post .
Please note will need cables , brake pads , wheels will need service , bottom bracket and headset will need servicing at least .And whatever else new owner thinks .
Please note garmin, saddle, pedals and under saddle package along with mud guards shown in picture are not included .
Asking a bargain £80 collected and ride away from NN8 Wellingborough postcode or could be sent via a courier to most uk postcodes for an extra £25
