Barnet,
I have been given an old 1970's Raleigh, model unknown. The freewheel is a Suntour 6 speed and seems to have some sort of split circlip arrangement to to able to remove it from the hub. Any ideas on the tool needed to remove it?

Stunningly, you'll need a Suntour Freewheel removal tool. These come in two prong and four prong flavours, depending on the age of the freewheel. The usual suspects (Wiggle, CRC, SJSC) should stock them, although I think the two prong one is up there with rocking horse dung as to its availability. Wasn't there a thread on here about freewheel removal a few days ago? That might have some more pointers.
