1950 s carlton frame

Hi guys I have just bought a old Carlton frame primarily for the head badge as my frame is being resprayed and it was missing the badge. I am not sure how old it is as I can't find a frame number but it appears to be 531 tubing. I've attached some pics any ideas as to how old it is ?? Ch

Your frame may not necessarily have a headbadge. Transfers were used at various points.
Please don't just rob the headbadge of a '50s 531 frame and bin it in
