19" Hardtail frame for someone 6ft 1"?

Im very interested in a hardtail which is for sale in the classifieds section.

I currently have a 58cm trigon race bike which i use daily and am looking for a MTB, ideally a specialized hardtails for use off road.

Would anyone know if a 19" frame would be large enough for me. Im 6ft to 6ft 1" (not 100% sure tbh),
