180mm / 185mm brake disc

Some are listed as 180mm, some 185mm.

I think I need 185mm for my Avid Juicys- that's what's on the front, and what my mate told me I needed for the back- but I think maybe 180mm is the same, ie a nominal 7" disc.

Does anyone know fo sho if there's any difference?

Yeah, they have slightly different outer diameters & you'll need to get the correct size. You should be able to find the size of the disc printed/embossed into the disc somewhere.

Not quiet, some calipers use an 183mm or even 185mm disc on a '180mm' mount adaptor.
