130mm Axle to replace a 120mm axle?

Hi All,

Another easy question im sure, my front wheel currently has a 120mm axle, however it is corroded and the bolt threads are worn almost bare.

I cannot seem to find an axle this short as a replacement, would a 130mm axle work okay (cutting of some of the ends to avoid them protruding?)

Or is there a known way to get these shorter axles?
