13 year old cyclist killed by car in Dagenham

According to London 24, a particularly sad story. And a strange one as well given that it happend on a rather small street with no through-traffic.

All in all, at least 11 cyclists died on London roads since January 1st, 2011: One more than in the entire year of 2010. Number of dead cyclists since 2000 is 186.
