My new 11 speed cassette won't fit on the freehub as it is supposed to. Sram say the cassette will only fit dedicated 11 speed freehub my LBS says otherwise, Truth is - it doesn't fit, so what is the cheapest way to fix this sproblem? The wheels are Vision Arenberg and the cassette PG1070.

You must mean PG1170 - and yes, lbs is wrong. An 11 speed cassette is wider, so it might be that it won't fit.

Cheapest way to fix it is getting the wheel rebuilt with a new hub or a new back wheel.

I tried it on another wheel and it fits there so there is a difference in the freehub. 11 speed cassette needs an 11 speed freehub.

Some 10-speed wheels hubs, e.g. Mavic, have been built wide enough to require a spacer with a 10-speed cassette and will therefore take an 11-speed cassette without the spacer. Lots of other 10sp hubs are too narrow for 11sp.
