I prefer to call it the Aberdeen comma - in memory of the times that wee shipping/fishing port, tucked away in the fastnesses of the far North East of Scotland, had as many universities as the whole of England. But that's me being pedanticIt's an Oxford comma

A Morris Oxford comma, no doubt. And perfectly unambiguous grammatically, which is one of the better reasons for using such punctuation, and there are few reasons against putting a comma before ''and.''It's an Oxford comma

I hope to have my senses at 100 (if I make it that far). We laughed and despaired at some of the mistakes being made,but the overriding quality the older generation have is the zest for life and willingness to take extra lessons. Brilliant!
