It has a top gear of 118 inches, which means that on the flat I can get up to 35 mph before I spin out.
Gravity assisted, I've done a terrifying 68 mph!
Up hill, even when my muscles have adjusted to the slightly different demands that a 'bent makes of them, I'm a little slower than on an upright (upwrong?) bike, but overall, it averages about 15% quicker.
Never had a dodgy moment in traffic. Lots of people stop you to ask about it and the kids love it.........so do I!

More refined than mine!

I have an early one, I am led to believe the first imported into the UK, and it does not have the front changer (my 64 - 42 change is by and yanking on the chain!) it also has an elastomer as opposed to shock suspension.

Mind you it still goes like a rocket!

It's easy to ride - with a bit of practice.
Pulling away is quite simple: you have to have confidence and the initial pedal stroke is very important.
