Hi Guys

I’d like to introduce myself to the forum and its members.

I am a lawyer with circa 10 years experience in the legal world, and cycling incidents is one of my specialised areas.

I came across many people online who became unsure how to deal with particular incidents (mainly hit and runs) so
thought it would be useful to some people to get some free advice if they need it!

Thanks again!

Oh and do you do any actual cycling or are you just touting for business? Forgive my cynicism: I've been on this planet a while....

I’m not a die hard cyclist, no.

I do a fair bit of cycling around on holiday (usually in the Alps) but not so much at home.

I’m not here for business, I just come across many posts online and sometimes I just feel like wading in and setting the record straight (as there’s often some questionable advice/ideas being given by other members of the public).

The common thing I see on social media
Is people appealing to the public asking for witnesses in hit and run cases with no avail.

I once gave some pointers to someone online and a few months later they messaged me to say thanks for the advice, as they sorted their matter.

Sure, if someone directly asked me to help them, I’d be happy to speak to them and possibly deal with them as a client, but I’m not actively going to go about asking people 👍

Welcome to the forum. :welcome:

I reckon your input will be most welcome by a number of members.

Of course, there will always be a few who will hate facts and good ideas.
