The pump arrived today @smokeysmoo - thanks.
I just let the front tyre down on my CAAD5 and reinflated it with the Mountain Morph. It took about 120 strokes to get the 25C to the pressure I use (around 85 PSI front). That is less than half what it would have taken with my old (smaller) pump!
Change of plan with the mount... I thought it would fit to the side of a bottle cage but in fact it would replace one. I need to carry 2 bottles so the pump will instead be carried in a backpack or pannier, as is the case with my old pump.

I can see what you mean by that. I avoided skinning my knuckles by holding the top of the pump barrel in my left hand so the knuckles pressed into the other hand rather than the plastic endpiece.

PS I removed the bolts from the mount and ziptied it onto the seat tube. And then promptly cut it off again... The pump spoiled the appearance of the bike. Bag or pannier for it!
